Welcome to the exciting world of online property auctions. Please familiarise yourself with our "How it works" section and "Guidance Notes" to enable you to fully appreciate how the online auction works. If you feel that you have a property suitable for auction you will need to instruct an estate agent who will need to register on our site and submit your property for auction. You will also need to instruct a solicitor who will need to complete a seller’s solicitors undertaking on your behalf.
